ORDER PROTECTION

If you purchase Order Transit Protection, it covers your package against loss, damage, or theft during shipping. Coverage starts immediately after checkout and ends when your order is delivered to the address you provided. Orders with “Authority to Leave” instructions are covered only during transit and not after delivery is confirmed.

DELIVERY

DRY ZONE RESTRICTIONS

We do not deliver to any areas declared as “dry zones” under the Liquor Act 2007 (NSW) or other applicable NSW regulations. Orders placed to such areas will be refused.

RISK

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled within 7 days of purchase. If products have already been delivered, returns will be arranged. Returned products must be unopened and in saleable condition.

RETURNS

Should you need to return wine, please keep the products safe and securely packed. We will organize collection. Wine must be returned in its original packaging to prevent damage.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving and verifying returned products.
