Shipping Information & local delivery service

At Nonnies Wine Store, we use a combination of courier services and Australia Post to deliver your orders safely and promptly. If you’re not home at the time of delivery, a card will be left in your mailbox with details on how to collect your parcel from your local Australia Post or arrange redelivery with your local courier.

Please note, for legal reasons, parcels will not be left with anyone under 18 years of age (proof of age may be requested). While you can ask for your delivery to be left unattended if you’re not home, carriers may still choose to leave a card instead.

Once your parcel is picked up by the courier, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey. Delivery times are estimates and should be used as a guide. If you have any questions about your order, please email us at sales@nonnieswinestore.com.

Local Same-Day Delivery

Need your order the same day? For a flat rate of $12, we offer same-day delivery within the Byron Shire for orders placed before 12pm. This service covers:

Holiday Delivery Notice

During December, please allow double the usual delivery time due to increased demand
